NORFOLK, Va. (Jan. 13, 2014) Sailors participate in an MQ-8B Fire Scout unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) onload aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Elrod (FFG 55). The Fire Scout will be operated by Reserve and Full-Time Support (FTS) Sailors attached to Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron Light 60 (HSL-60) Detachment 2 in support of special operations for advance surveillance and reconnaissance.
