“Comrade producers. The prices that are currently set for the main types of metal products do not suit us. Prices should be lowered. To do this, you provide us with the cost of your production [...] The maximum margin that we can allow you is 20%, maybe 25%. Prices should be recalculated for everyone,” he said. Prices should be cut "significantly," he later said, promising "consequences" for those who did not. “Which of the intermediaries does not want those from the market, nafig,” said the deputy minister.
