Scientific nonsense for money
Science published an article about fake scientific article factories that sell authorship for money. What has long been known in the post-Soviet space is only now becoming widely known in the Western scientific community. Since the officials who allocate funds for science don't understand the meaning of scientific articles, but rather pay simply for the mere existence of publications, this continues:
